AC Milan winger, Rafael Leao, has chosen a move to Galatasaray over Aston Villa, according to Sky in Italy.
It is understood Leao was prioritising a move to the Premier League club and Villa had upped their contract offer to the player.
However, Villa failed to meet Leao’s wage demands and he is now proceeding with a move to the Turkish champions.
Leao could travel to finalise his move to Galatasaray tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have confirmed the signing of teenage forward Igor Tyjon from Blackburn in a permanent transfer.
The 18-year-old has been a long-term target for the Gunners and will now join their Academy setup.
