APC Celebrates Nat’l Chairman, Yilwatda At 58

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated its National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, on his 58th birthday, describing his leadership as purposeful, inclusive and instrumental to the growth of the party.

In a statement issued on Saturday by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, CON, the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) expressed appreciation to God for the life, wisdom and leadership of Yilwatda.

The APC said Yilwatda’s first year in office had been marked by “purposeful leadership, remarkable accomplishments and unwavering dedication” to the development of the party and Nigeria.

According to the party, since assuming office as National Chairman, Yilwatda has provided “forthright and inclusive leadership” that has strengthened internal democracy, promoted party unity and enhanced the APC’s institutional capacity.

The ruling party also highlighted the successful implementation of its electronic membership registration exercise under Yilwatda’s leadership, saying the initiative expanded its membership base and further consolidated its position as Nigeria’s largest political party.

The APC said Yilwatda had continued to align the party’s activities with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while positioning the party for sustained electoral successes and reinforcing its commitment to democratic values, good governance and national development.

“On behalf of the National Working Committee, the National Executive Committee, leaders, members and supporters of our great Party, at home and abroad, we extend our heartiest congratulations to our iconic National Chairman on this special anniversary,” the statement said.

The party prayed for many more years of sound health, wisdom, strength and divine grace for Yilwatda as he continues to lead the APC.

“Happy 58th Birthday Anniversary, Mr Chairman!” the APC stated.
